This user journey shows the process of a music teacher setting up an online class. The pain points highlight the necessity of various features within the product, such as easy scheduling and reminders as well as a messaging service between teachers to allow for easier coordination of classes.

This user journey for the student participating in the class highlighted issues such as performance anxiety and equipment issues, emphasising the need for visual and built in aids to learning so that the user doesn’t need to always rely solely on watching the other user play in case of latency or equipment failure. As for performance anxiety, I will ensure students feel relaxed by creating a warm and calm atmosphere, and adding some features to make them feel more involved, for example the ability to vote on music to play.
